Safe in the Library

Dear readers! On Monday the doors of our library will be opened for you! We have prepared a few rules thanks to which we can all feel safe. Please read the regulations. We count on your forbearance and patience 

 

NEW RULES FOR USING THE LIBRARY:

1. Until the epidemic is resolved, the Library excludes free access to the library collection and a reading room for all users. It is recommended to use generally available on-line resources.

2. Please order in advance by telephone (58 678-20-86) or e-mail (library@luzino.info). The list of all available collections of our library can be found in the on-line catalog www.luzino.info

3. Persons in quarantine are asked to immediately report the need to extend the deadline for returning the borrowed collections (by phone, e-mail).

4. Only one person or a parent with a child / children may stay in the library

5. Before entering the Library, you should disinfect your hands and your own gloves with a disinfecting liquid.

6. Readers returning our collections must have protective masks and gloves. For security reasons, readers without the above-mentioned security measures will not be served.

7. Make returns at the designated stand. The librarian on duty will provide the selected reading.

8. Readers whose books (or other materials) return date were due at the time of closing our libraries will be extended until June 30th.

9. Collections reserved by the Readers will be made available to them after the obligatory 14-day quarantine. The Reader will be informed about the collection date of the reserved items by e-mail or by phone.

10. We resign from the following services:
• providing photocopying services,
• Internet access for readers,
• sharing toilets with readers,
• accepting gifts from readers,
• use the collections on the spot,

11. After returning to the Library, all collections will be quarantined:
• Black print books. External journals. Audiobooks. The quarantine will last 14 days

12. On-site events are suspended until further notice, we are online for you.
13. Employees perform their work with appropriate protection and adherence to all safety rules, wearing protective gloves, masks or helmets.

14. New opening hours are valid until further notice:
10.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday: closed

The branch in Sychów will be open after the resumption of education in schools
We will provide information about the opening of a branch in Kębłów on May 15, 2020

Collections from our branches can be returned and borrowed
in the library in Luzino

15. Unfortunately, we cannot accept gifts from you during this time
books, movies, etc., for which we are always very grateful. However, please keep them and bring them to us when the situation becomes stable.

If in doubt that the actions we have taken do not protect you sufficiently against the coronavirus, please return the books and refrain from choosing
and borrowing a new reading.

The situation will be monitored on an ongoing basis and, if necessary, changes
in the procedures we will react immediately.
